Job Summary:

Trane in St. Louis is hiring a Service Contract Administrator! As a Service Contract Administrator, you are responsible for supporting our outstanding team of Service Account Managers, including building estimation, transitioning back to account manager, and upon successful sell, entering the order.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly feedback with regards to contract performance and renewal status.

  • Sets-up service agreements in system application based on transition documents.

  • Maintain database

  • Order parts

  • Report out on contract compliance.

  • Monthly billings

  • Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.

  • Connect and communicates with customers and their representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff.

  • Validates cost to date and reconciles project data in business system.

  • Reconciliation of purchase order discrepancies to support the Service fulfillment process.

  • Reviews billing backlog and coordinates/communicates with Project Managers, HVAC Field Technicians, customers, and Trane claims as necessary to resolve obstacles.

  • Participate in and contribute to lean improvements activities

Qualifications

  • College degree (Associates or higher) strongly preferred

  • Self-starter who can think critically, handle high volume workload and fast paced environment

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

  • Experience in Contract Administration within a Service organization preferred
