Centene Corporation Vice President, Executive Compensation & Benefits in Clayton, Missouri
Direct the strategic planning, design, implementation, maintenance, and administration of all executive compensation, benefits, and global mobility programs.
Lead the design and administration of executive compensation programs including salary administration, and short- and long-term incentive plan design
Contribute to the formulation of integrated Human Resource strategies and models for total economics in support of the company's compensation and benefits strategies for key executives and senior management
Drive strategy, design, development and cost effective management and implementation of employee benefit programs (retirement, health and welfare, and executive plans) in support of the long range goals of the organization
Direct monitoring of legislative changes and trends to determine their likely impact on the organization and implement changes to improve effectiveness of programs and maintain compliance
Oversee administration of the company’s domestic and international relocation programs, including expatriate benefits
Prepare and present analyses, materials and recommendations to senior leadership and the Compensation Committee
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field. Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of human resources experience. Previous experience managing staff, including hiring, training, managing workload and performance.
