Company Corporation is hiring a Senior Global Compensation Analyst to be located at the Corporate headquarters in Clayton, Missouri St. Louis area. The Senior Global Compensation Analyst is a member of the Corporate HR team, responsible for administration of the compensation function on a global level. This includes analyzing and making recommendations to compensation programs that provide a competitive level of pay, motivation and reward to employees. This position understands the organization's needs and has the ability to recommend the design and implementation of multi-faceted programs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS* Lead the global salary administration/merit budget/variable comp pay planning process* Evaluate and analyze salary data - both internal and external market data* Ability to manage and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information* Monitor competitive trends in compensation; identify Company 's position and make recommendations for changes to compensation, rewards and recognition programs* Assure proper evaluation of jobs* Develop and recommend salary policy strategy and administrative procedures* Monitor the effectiveness of programs and recommend modifications* Administer special compensation plans* Maintain process documentation, policies and guidelines* Participate in approved salary surveys through the collection and reporting of data to third-party survey providers. Reviews salary survey results and provides recommendations on additions/deletions of benchmark jobs in use.* Conduct extensive ad-hoc analysis as needed* Lead compensation related projects as required* Perform other duties as assigned by management* Year End process support:* Support the overall planning and execution of the annual global compensation cycle* Work with the HR Business Partners to ensure full support and information is in place for the business lines* Audit and clarify data and reporting structures in time for year end* Provide management with extensive modeling to allocate pools in line with business results* Meet with management to review and analyze recommendations for each business line* Under general guidance, act as the subject matter expert SME on compensation matters POSITION REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor's degree in Business Accounting or Finance, Human Resources or related field required* 4+ years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs* Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products; advanced Excel proficiency* Manufacturing/industrial environment*Degree must be from a school that is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the Secretary of Education of the U.S. Department of Education.Olin is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Employer's Job# 6220-1756Please visit job URL for more information about this opening and to view EOE statement.
