Robert Half OfficeTeam Perm is partnering with a small office in Clayton to hire a Receptionist/ Office Assistant on a direct hire basis.

The Receptionist/ Office Assistant will be the first individual the clients meet as they walk in. Premier customer service is required by everyone in the office. Duties for the Receptionist/ Office Assistant will include answering phones and transfer calls, calendar management, data entry, reporting, expense reporting, and ordering supplies.   • 3+ years of administrative support experience

  • Accurate, swift, data entry abilities

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

    • Solid computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Internet research skills

  • Solid understanding of Receptionist Duties

  • Expertise in customer service

  • Experience with expense reports

  • Proficiency in financial reporting

  • Foundational knowledge in Maintain Office Supplies
