Agilis Systems, LLC Training Facilitator in Chesterfield, Missouri

The Agilis Training Facilitator’s responsibilities will include designing team and individual courses, maintaining records of curriculum and materials and gathering feedback on the quality of training from trainees, team leads and managers. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with various educational techniques for different roles and skill sets, an SME in our company products and services and have a unique background that allows you to change training up based on the audience. This person should serve as a professional role model. Ultimately, you will ensure our work environment helps employees develop their skills and foster career advancement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design varied training curriculum

  • Coordinate training materials, visual aids, and resources

  • Deliver Soft Skill training as needed in the organization

  • Deliver Product and Process training

  • Deliver training on tools to fit department needs

  • Organize in-house activities, like presentations, job simulations and role-playing exercises

  • Order instructional material (e.g. ebooks and manuals)

  • Enrich courses with visual aids to engage trainees and train with diverse training techniques to accommodate multiple learning styles

  • Effectively measure outcomes from all training

  • Conduct call monitoring, evaluation, and follow-ups of trainees and provide coaching related to quality review

  • Research and recommend learning equipment (e.g. platforms and projectors)

  • Calculate and report on training costs

  • Ensure new hires undertake mandatory trainings with direction from HR and Hiring Managers

  • Routinely analyze quality/performance trends of employees as needed, provide additional training recommendations to management

  • Assist and/or coordinate HR training sessions as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience performing training in a professional environment or quality assurance

  • Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques

  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service required

  • Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)

  • Excellent communication including written, verbal and listening skills required

  • Must be detail oriented with excellent time management skills and well organized

  • Advanced skills using Power Point and other presentation platforms required

  • Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems and issues

  • Knowledgeable about business insights/processes in Customer Service, Sales, Retention and Fulfillment

  • High competency in all Agilis related tools (Pure Cloud, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Ability to work overtime as necessary
