The Talent Specialist, Company Virtual Education will support training strategies by actively serving on development team and communicating strategy with the facility served and is responsible for the development and management of all phases of a project from concept to execution. Education programs will also include orientation, competency program, career development, in-service education. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Company Service Standards. * Takes initiative in needs assessment and creates and implements educational activities based on need and organizational initiatives. * Plans and executes training initiatives and projects with minimal supervision, blending sound and current internal and external best practice research, adult learning techniques, creativity, and the mission, vision, and values of the Sisters of Company . * Uses a variety of teaching/learning strategies in delivery of education aligned with the diverse styles, literacy levels, and cultural and learning style of assigned learners * Applies various adult learning principals during development and delivery of courses. * Operates as an internal consultant by employing basic or strong organizational development consulting skills * Collaborates to develop curriculum based learnings and feedback during development * Use sound instructional design theory to create storyboards, scripts, and course content incorporating graphics, audio, video and simulations as appropriate to engage participants in the learning process. * Complete and shares evaluation/measurement reports to show effectiveness of training programs * Obtain/maintains Company facilitation certification as well as other designated instructor certifications i.e. individual program certification * Supports training strategy by actively serving on project teams and communicating strategy with the facility and/or community served. * Coaching: follow up and coach co-workers and middle level leader co-workers on training content and skill development in order to achieve ministry results. * Supports change process * Holds self and others accountable for actions and outcomes during internal education programs * Stays up-to-date and expand knowledge on instructional design and e-learning industry trends and related technology * Develops relationships across the organization and listens to the needs of internal and external customers. * Performs other duties as assigned and needed based on business needs.QUALIFICATIONS: Because you're committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Company Compassion and professionalism go hand-in-hand with us, along with exceptional quality care.
