Join us and discover why Modern Healthcare Magazine named us in its "Top 100 Places to Work."Overview: The Senior Analyst, Provider Intelligence supports the efforts to acquire and maintain accurate provider intelligence and conduct market assessments to inform business development's focus and measurement. * Evaluate and maintain the data assets that will help in opportunity assessments* Conduct annual or as needed market assessments to identify new business opportunities* Improve the accuracy and availability of provider information by working with business development and external vendors with the intent to use the data for provider community needs analysis* Identify, acquire and establish "source of truth" of business development performance metrics* Support the development of ROI models that establish Business Development's contribution* Working with vendors and business development, maintain the PRM and Claims intelligence platform* Maintain and enhance business development workflow documentation and conduct training as needed to increase standardization and adoption* Maintain existing reports and develop additional reports as needed to inform business development performance* Evaluate and implement automation using high level languages where ever possible Qualifications: * Experience: * Computer literacy with expert skills in Microsoft Office products including advanced Microsoft Excel including writing Macros * Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data and information * Complete familiarity with writing SQL queries to load, extract and transform data * Complete familiarity with advanced languages such as Python, R for data wrangling and analysis * Familiarity with Tableau * Knowledge of Salesforce administration, writing reports a plus * Required Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science or Computer Science or 5+ years in a business analyst role Experience Requirements * Computer literacy with expert skills in Microsoft Office products including advanced Microsoft Excel including writing Macros* Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data and information* Complete familiarity with writing SQL queries to load, extract and transform data* Complete familiarity with advanced languages such as Python, R for data wrangling and analysis* Familiarity with Tableau* Knowledge of Salesforce administration, writing reports a plus We Offer Great Benefits:Day-one comprehensive health, vision and dental coverage, PTO, tuition reimbursement and employer-matched retirement funds are just a few of the great benefits offered to eligible co-workers, including those working 48 hours or more per pay period!
