Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Seeking a Business Analyst to implement Enterprise Risk Managementsolutions at our financial institution clients. Consultants shall becomeexperts in Oracle s unique Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)and support our clients in their transformation initiatives including Riskmanagement and Regulatory compliance

OFSAA consultants shall design and implement Oracle s industry leadingproducts that are well suited to solving some of the unique issues thatfinancial institutions face today.

OFSAA Business Analysts participate in multiple client implementationtasks. Reporting directly to the ProjectManager, a BAN must work closely with both Technical and Functional subjectmatter experts, and other team members to successfully deploy OFSAA basedapplications.


Under senior management s direction,design, implement and deploy Oracle OFSAA ERM applications including CreditRisk, Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, Basel requirements utilizing Oracle sproject management methodologies.

-{PS..0}->WillFunction as business analyst involving Knowledge of Core Banking with Expertisein one or more of the following areas:

o Corporateand retail credit risk.

o -{PS..1}->Basel,Liquidity Risk, Credit Risk

o Policiesand processes, credit appraisal and monitoring, credit training and scoring,credit derivatives and credit portfolio management, securitization and loanapproval for retail and SME, with experience in credit scoring and IT solutions.

o -{PS..2}->OperationalRisk.

o Auditin banking, financial services, and Operational Risk Management.

o -{PS..3}->Candidateswith experience in implementing RSCA/KRI frameworks or Basel II, OperationalRisks or SOX will be preferred.

o Implementationof Basel and good knowledge of Basel and local regulatory guidelines.

o Oneshould be able to analyse and provide inputs on risk rating, score carddevelopment and development, implementation and validation of quantitativemodels in credit, market and operational risk areas.

Preferred Requirements

-{PS..10}->Strongwritten and oral communication skills as well as strong written and oralcommunication skills. Must be able to clearly articulate OFSAA productfunctionality and requirements to both clients and colleagues at all levels,from engineering staff to senior executive management.

Preferredworking knowledge of SQL.

-{PS..11}->Strongcustomer interaction skills and the ability to assess a client s IT processesand strategies. Mature, self-starting, self-motivating, and capable of makingdecisions independently.

Experienceof the OFSAA platform architecture.

Knowledgeof the financial services industry.
