This position provides financial support to the organization. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating the capital budget and includes assistance with the development of the annual capital budget. Providing monthly support and reporting of capital commitments. Maintaining the capital budget system and ensuring its accuracy. Special projects will also be assigned based on Company needs and will need to be performed in the same professional manner. It is the responsibility of this position to analyze and evaluate for accuracy, including data received from internal and external customers. All assignments are expected to meet deadlines as well as will be owned and considered the complete responsibility of the Senior Financial Analyst. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Company Service Standards.Qualifications: * Experience: At least five years of financial analysis experience, with experience in a healthcare setting * Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. * Other: * Excellent communications skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information * Ability to work with persons at all levels of the organization, including physicians and administrators. * Demonstrated ability to frame analytical questions, perform technical financial analyses, balance time, communicate results of analyses through clear written, graphical, and oral presentation skills and maintain collaborative work relationships through employment of assertive consulting techniques. * Must work independently to meet project deadlines * High level of proficiency in PC applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
