Understand customer's replenishment performance metrics and perform work to meet or exceed metrics. Provide the customer with daily replenishment performance reports. Work with production facilities in resolving product shortages and procedural issues to meet our on-time and in-full goals. Report on order shortages, daily/weekly/monthly inventory levels. Assists in tracking reoccurring out of stock issues. Responsible for working with appropriate PepsiCo stakeholders (Sales Team, Product Supply, Transportation) to resolve issues and provide resolution to customers. Provide ad-hoc reporting requests (outside of normal reporting) to management as needed.Qualifications / Requirements: Minimum Education Required: Associates Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Strong skills in Excel a must. Working knowledge in Madrid preferred Experience in replenishment and inventory management as it relates to product flow. Strong customer service and relationship background, effective communication and business writing skills. Must have strong attention to detail, ability to build collaborative relationships and have a sense of urgency Strong Analytical skills, understanding of replenishment concepts Ability to excel and contribute in a fast paced and changing work environment with accuracy while meeting deadlines. Roles within this organization include teleworking and remote working. Candidate must be able to work independently with minimal daily supervision.This role intended to be a remote position. Capability to work from home is critical.
