Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns, exercising judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for best practice / creative solution. As a recognized authority and leading contributor maintain regular interface between the division and Corporate. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage tier 2 local advertising and arrange sign off with Corporate. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Oversee partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across line-of-business and/or geography as an account manager, with experience of creative production and media buying.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

The Oracle Food and Beverage marketing team is looking for a forward-thinking, hands-on Campaigns Manager to build and deliver integrated, digital-first demand generation campaigns and account-based marketing programs for our global Sports and Entertainment business.
In collaboration with the Global Campaigns Director, the Campaign Manager defines and builds campaigns in alignment with go-to-market strategies and product release schedules, identifies appropriate marketing channels, crafts content to support campaign activation, and reports on campaign efficacy with a specific focus on MQL targets, MQL to SQL conversion, pipeline creation and influence.
Campaign Design, Creation and Execution: Design, build and execute campaigns aligned to GTM strategies, with a focus on new logo acquisition, pipeline creation and influence.
Content and Messaging: Build content supporting lead gen channels including but not limited to: account-based marketing, digital advertising, nurtures, webcasts, call-down campaigns and events. Publish a minimum two customer case studies per quarter, per assigned focus area (e.g., region, vertical), and two blogs per month. Handle translations / localization as needed.
Campaign Impact and Reporting: Track lead creation against forecast, ensure target attainment for lead gen, pipeline creation and influence, and customer stories.
Budget Management: Handles assigned activities against the allocated budget. Maintains integrity of budget tracking tools and systems.
7 years in digital demand generation
5 years in SaaS software marketing
Experience in creation, planning, and execution of coordinated marketing programs
Extensive experience writing for demand gen: advertising, landing pages, email marketing, website, blog, social, and telesales enablement
Experience in sports and entertainment highly desired
Ability to rapidly learn, internalize and localize product/campaign information
Strong organizational, communication skills; comfortable dealing with senior management
Expertise in delivering projects across various, regionally distributed teams
Experience working with outside creative agencies
Comfortable working in a shared services workflow environment
Proficient in standard MS tools: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Excel for data analysis (e.g., pivot tables, basic formulas)
Basic HTML / Web editing tools a plus
Travel Component:Minimal. Approx. 15% travel within the United States and Europe may be required.
This is a remote role based in North America and requires close coordination with the virtual team.
Highly prefer candidates based on the east coast. Major metros including Miami, FL or Austin, TX desirable.
