Oracle's Food and Beverage Cloud Provisioning team is responsiblefor the audit and provisioning of Oracle's Food and Beverage Cloud ServicesPortfolio. The team oversees the manual and automated provisioning processesand is the business owner of provisioning automation. The team drives thecentralization of provisioning processes.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes ownrole largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Attention todetail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheetformat. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal andthird parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Relationship managementskills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills tointeract with management and possible clients desired. 2 plus years relevantwork experience.
We seek an experienced business analyst to joinOracle's Food and Beverage Cloud Provisioning team. This high-profile, dynamicposition will drive provisioning operational excellence through processimprovement and task automation while ensuring our customers' success throughorder processing, auditing and fulfillment of the Food and Beverage
Cloud Services Portfolio. This position will gain detailedknowledge of the processes and the various teams involved with provisioningthrough performing the manual provisioning tasks that are to be automated.Primary responsibilities for this role are:
Audit order and provisioning systems to ensure properfulfillment of provisioning requests.
Raise bugs and work with different technical teams in analyzingand following up on the issues
Receive provisioning requests, validate their content andcoordinate the provisioning of Oracle's Food and Beverage Cloud Services.
Follow the progression of provisioning orders and sendappropriate notifications when the work is complete.
Define and execute the use cases, test cases and supportinternal end users during the implementation phase.
Act as a reference person for other teams in the standardizationof the processes.
Successful candidates will demonstrate high attention to detail,problem solving skills, teamwork, verbal and written communication skills,excellent command of English and cheery helpfulness. The ability to keep coolunder pressure is a must for this job. In addition to the aforementionedrequired skills, the following skills are highly desirable:
Experience with cloud products and cloud infrastructure
Prior provisioning process experience
Experience with advanced Excel functions
Food and Beverage, Hospitality, or Retail Experience
