Oracle Field Marketing Specialist 2 in Chesterfield, Missouri

Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.

Contributes to creation of strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.

Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.

Detailed Description: The Marketing Assistant/Telemarketer willsupport Oracle Academy North America in building a repository ofprospects. They will conduct awarenessoutreach to prospects, and will work with current member base to ensuremembership renewals.

  1. Conduct daily outbound calls to inform membersthat their existing Oracle Academy memberships are expiring

  2. Assist members with creating a new OracleAcademy membership by offering support and direction

  3. Conduct research to build a prospect repository.

  4. Contact prospects via email and phone to buildawareness of the Oracle Academy offering.

  5. Weekly tracking on progress, graphing calls,replies, and conversions

  6. Submit weekly progress measured in graphicresults

  7. Other duties as assigned


Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Experience with CRM helpful

Prior marketing or business developmentexperience a plus

BA or BS degree

3 years experience in an outreach capacity

Self-starter who is goal oriented

Excellent time management and organizationskills
