Serves as primary executive administrative support for the management and execution of a wide variety of advanced, diversified, and highly confidential work for the Health Ministry Liaison, with secondary executive administrative support as requested for 4 senior management executives in Executive Administration. Exercises independent judgment, discretion and initiative serving in the administrative role. Takes action to resolves routine and occasionally complex problems involving innovative decision making. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Company Service Standards. That's why you'll bring to your role the right set of qualifications: * Education: High school diploma; some college preferred * Experience: Minimum five years executive administrative or six years administrative assistant, * Other skills and knowledge: * Computer literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft: Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Intermediate skills: Visio and SharePoint. * Ability to work with and preserve confidential information. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization, initiative, service and team orientation skills. * Flexible, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projects. * Ability to deal effectively with diverse groups of people. * Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner. * Ability to project a positive and professional image on behalf of Company .
