Kforce Benefits Specialist in Chesterfield, Missouri

  • Serve as a key contact for employees within a business unit for questions regarding benefits, perks, leaves, time off * Responsible for analytics, reporting, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting associated with each benefit offering * Assist with branding and revising employee communications related to benefits and wellness to maximize engagement * Primary business unit contact for questions related to leave of absences such as personal leaves, maternity, paternity, disability, state and federal compliance and liaison between employees and our leave of absence compliance vendor * Assist with annual benefit contract renewals and annual benefit Open Enrollment * Support the management of the company 401(k) plans * Assist with data collection and employee communications related to compliance such as HIPAA, COBRA, DOL filings, and annual retirement plan audits * Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory laws * Assist with analytics and modeling for Corporate Compensation & Benefits team as needed * Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Business, or Information Systems preferred) * CEBS Certification a plus * 3 years of Benefits experience with at least 1 year of LOA * Prior experience with managing FMLA. Familiar with applicable leave and accommodation laws including the FMLA, ADA and state and local laws; Create reports, as necessary * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills * Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to prioritize and meet stringent deadlines * Excellent organizational and project management skills * Experience with Workday or other HRIS/online benefit enrollment systems Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
