Dent Wizard Reporting Analyst in Bridgeton, Missouri
The Reporting Analyst should be a data specialist who contributes to organizational improvement by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports and introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process. This position will transform business data into reports and insights that enable leaders to effectively manage business performance and drive key business decisions. This role will assist in the development and maintenance of reporting metrics and performance data.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Exercise sound judgement while analyzing and interpreting data to ensure a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for business leaders.
Create insightful financial analyses and presentations (standard and ad-hoc) to leadership. This role would also play a part in enhancing our Executive and Board level presentations in order to more effectively and visually share results to ensure that we are providing the appropriate information to leadership to make informed business and strategic decisions
Act as back-up on a number of key processes and projects
Assist in converting company reporting from Excel to BI tool (Tableau)

Knowledge of broad business practices
Investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well within a team environment, participate in department/team projects and balance detail with departmental objectives
Acute attention to detail
Track record of being able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong prioritization skills with a clear focus on results
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
One to two years of experience in Financial Analytics and Report Development
Proficient in MS Office applications. Experience with Netsuite, PBCS, Salesforce, or Tableau a plus
