Sky Climber HRIS Coordinator in Bridgeton, Missouri

The HRIS Coordinator supports the HR team by processing new hire candidates’ onboarding process. S/he performs a variety of tasks including data entry, scheduling of background applications, pre-employment testing and monitoring of employee files in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Five (5+) years’ of experience in an administrative role.

  • Associate’s degree preferred.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive/confidential information.

  • Experience working on multiple programs simultaneously – multitasking.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Dedicated follow-up/follow-through skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of urgency.

  • Strong computer skills

  • Positive attitude working in a team dynamic.

  • Ability to work flexible schedule as deemed necessary by manager to meet hiring goals.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook a must.

  • Heavy data entry on multiple programs simultaneously with varying levels of complexity.

  • Initiate/monitor pre-employment physicals and drug screens.

  • Initiate/monitor pre-employment background checks.

  • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple tasks in a timely manner.

  • Assists candidates with the hiring process and ensures completion of each step.

  • Audits candidate files to ensure required records are completed and entered in system.

  • Escalates processing of candidates while maintaining company standards.

  • Other duties as assigned
