Job Description

  • Conduct monthly and quarterly financial review and analysis for deviations to plan and forecast for Revenue, Profit and multiple areas of cash flow.

  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly financial reporting and forecasting. Partner with SVP of sales to prepare for monthly reporting with HLT.

  • Provide financial leadership in annual goal setting, Partner with the business and HR to ensure achievement is accurately reported.

  • Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Procedures and Accounting Rules, as well as the oversight of Sarbanes Oxley (JSOX) testing. Promote consistency in processes and procedures among these teams. Manage the short & long-term planning process for NA Equipment, following the guidelines set by Hussmann & Panasonic.

  • Support the RFP process by providing costing information as well as leadership to support decision making regarding pricing & profitability.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 10+ years of directly related accounting and analysis experience in a Controller role.

  • 10+ years of hands on experience in a financial management role.

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, validate data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required, MBA/CPA preferred.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
